• þ	Event First Aid will not cancel a booking, or fail to provide a service. In six years of trading, we have never cancelled a booking or failed to provide a service which was correctly booked.
  þ	Event First Aid will recommend an industry-standard and internationally supported level of staffing for each event. Event First Aid will not reccomend excessive services, nor will we provide unsafe levels.
  þ	Event First Aid will match the price offered by our commercial competitors (in a formal quotation) for an equivalent level of service in Queensland.
