In 2009 Health Care Options implemented a Clinical Advisory and Review Team, which is responsible for the oversight of our Clinical Practice Manual, Drug Therapy Protocols, liaison with Queensland Health and NSW Health for licensure, and the ongoing review of our cases and practice. This ensures that expert opinion is readily available and is used with the best evidence to determine our practice now and into the future.

Our clinical support team includes four doctors (including two specialists in emergency medicine with prehospital experience), as well as senior registered nurses with postgraduate emergency credentials, and a number of experienced ambulance paramedics from a variety of settings.
